A business visionary with over 4 decades’ experience in Indian and International businesses, Mr. Gadia is one of the founders of ValPro. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and has been a financial scholar throughout. He carries extensive experience in industries like Oil & Gas, Mining, Shipping & Garment export and has been a recognized member of the Indian Oil & Gas community.

A veteran of the oil & gas business with three decades of experience in the industry, Mr. Ujwal retired as Executive Director of Indian Oil Corporation. He possesses hands on industry experience in diverse areas ranging from pricing, operations, trade, shipping and marketing.

With over 30 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, Mr. Rao brings to ValPro in-depth expertise in LPG, LNG sourcing and marketing as well as projects in LNG, LPG and pipelines. Having held Executive Director positions for LPG, LNG and Corporate Planning at BPCL, he also held board level positions in other oil & gas companies such as Indraprastha Gas Limited and GSPL Gasnet.

Subodh Kumar is former Executive Director (Petrochemicals, Alternate Energy & Sustainable Development), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., a Fortune Global 500 Company and a Maharatna Public Sector Enterprise of the Government of India.

He has more than 38 years’ experience in the downstream hydrocarbon sector in the areas of petroleum products & LPG operations & marketing, petrochemicals, biofuels (ethanol, biodiesel, compressed biogas / renewable natural gas), renewable energy (solar & wind), energy storage and nuclear energy. He has significant experience and involvement in policy-making at the Government of India level and is a recognized expert in hydrocarbons, petrochemicals, biofuels and sustainable development. He worked closely with the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, in conceiving and launching the Sustainable Alternative towards Affordable Transportation (SATAT) program for promoting the production and use of compressed biogas in India. He has also served as advisor to Hon’ble Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas, on matters related to biofuels.

Subodh has served on the Boards of various companies in the biofuels and clean energy space – as CEO & Director, IOT Biogas Pvt. Ltd.; Director, NPCIL-IndianOil Nuclear Energy Corp. Ltd.; IndianOil Panipat Power Consortium Ltd.; IndianOil-Ruchi Biofuels LLP; IndianOil-CREDA Biofuels Ltd.; LARS Enviro Pvt. Ltd. He is also a consultant on biofuels to the Asian Development Bank.

Subodh is actively associated with various industry bodies such as Confederation of Indian Indus-tries – Bioenergy Task Force; Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) – Water Mission; FICCI – Solar Energy Task Force; Biodiesel Association of India and Indian Federation of Green Energy, as Member / Advisor / Co-chair.

Subodh is a graduate in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology BHU, Varanasi and a post graduate in management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.

Hridesh Baindail is former Executive Director (New Business) & (Exploration & Production) of Indian Oil Corporation, a fortune 500 company.

Over the course of his career spanning 35+ years Hridesh has served in various positions and developed expertise in international upstream transactions and acquisitions. He has undertaken advanced course in Petro-economics from Ljublzana University, Slovenia.

He is adept at upstream, New Energy business as well as downstream business evaluations and project development ranging from pipelines to oil terminals. He is also engaged in helping companies in the hydrogen based ecosystem develop their business model.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant, Subhash has been associated with the company since inception. With experience in Statutory Audit and Tax audit of various Banks, PSUs, Government Organisations and Private Sector Corporates, Subhash focusses on financial structuring, handling corporate compliances, accounting and end-to-end execution of real estate transactions and investment advisory for clients.

Subhash heads the Family Office Management practice at ValPro.

More than seven years of experience in Audit, Due Diligence and Deal Making across Private Equity, M&A and Structured Finance. Sumit has well rounded experience throughout Management Consulting, Negotiation, Valuation and Project Execution and client relationship management. Before joining ValPro, Sumit worked with KPMG in the M&A division.

Sumit heads the investment banking practice at ValPro.

Following her degree in Accounting and Finance, Rianty started her career as an auditor in KPMG and EY with engagement across different industries. Prior to joining ValPro, she also spent a number of years at an international Oil & Gas company in various roles. During her work experience, she has gained exposure in diversified fields including Financial Advisory & Assurance, Due Diligence, and Internal Audit. Rianty has enjoyed the paradigm shift towards entrepreneurship and innovation and is passionate in helping young companies build their presence and execute their strategies.

Rianty heads the startup advisory vertical, Enablers under ValPro.

An alumni of Shri Ram College of Commerce and a Chartered Accountant (Rank Holder), Chaitanya has experience in Taxation from Ernst & Youngand Capital Markets from JM Financial. He has worked on clients such as AT&T, Verizon, Bharti Airtel & Vodafone (during acquisition of Hutchinson) as well as the TATA Motors DVR issue to name a few. Chaitanya is well entrenched into the real estate sector having hands-on experience in the ultra-luxurious residential development space. He also has an avid interest in the stock market, thereby, actively tracking and investing in equity stocks.

Neha Khanna possesses experience in the field of investment banking, financial advisory, internal audit and risk management. After completing her Chartered Accountancy, Neha pursued an MBA from Said Business School, University of Oxford. She worked with PwC India prior to joining ValPro. She is committed to building an eco-system for accelerating the growth of start-ups and SMEs in India. Her experience in end-to-end transaction execution enables her to understand different perspectives of clients’ needs.
