PSL has evolved from a digital-first fashion business into a global luxury fashion platform, bringing together designer brands, digital commerce and physical retail, with Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop at the heart of the business.
In April 2023, ValPro Capital invested in Purple Style Labs as part of its $14 million Series C round. We saw the potential to build a scaled platform for Indian luxury fashion—one with the brands, retail infrastructure and global ambition to take Indian designer fashion to the world.
Today, that journey enters a new chapter with PSL’s IPO debut.
