Specializing in taxation issues, both personal and corporate, Archana lends her expertise in taxation advisory, designing tax efficient structures and tax compliance procedures.

More than seven years of experience in Audit, Due Diligence and Deal Making across Private Equity, M&A and Structured Finance. Sumit has well rounded experience throughout Management Consulting, Negotiation, Valuation and Project Execution and client relationship management. Before joining ValPro, Sumit worked with KPMG in the M&A division.

Following her degree in Accounting and Finance, Rianty started her career as an auditor in KPMG and EY with engagement across different industries. Prior to joining ValPro, she also spent a number of years at an international Oil & Gas company in various roles. During her work experience, she has gained exposure in diversified fields including Financial Advisory & Assurance, Due Diligence, and Internal Audit. Rianty has enjoyed the paradigm shift towards entrepreneurship and innovation and is passionate in helping young companies build their presence and execute their strategies.

GK Satish is a former Director (Planning & Business Development) & Member of the Board of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., a Fortune Global 500 Company and India’s second largest business entity. He has over 38 years’ experience in the hydrocarbon sector in diverse areas such as petroleum products marketing, petrochemicals, natural gas, city gas distribution, exploration & production, international trade & operations, renewable energy, sustainable development, corporate planning, human resources and corporate communications. He has also served on the Boards of several companies in the hydrocarbon sector – as Chairman of IndianOil Adani Gas Pvt. Ltd., IndianOil TOTAL Pvt. Ltd., Green Gas Ltd., IHB Ltd., IndianOil LNG Pvt. Ltd. & IOT BioGas Pvt. Ltd., and as Director of Petronet LNG Ltd., GSPL India Transco Ltd., GSPL India Gasnet Ltd., IndOil Montney Ltd. (Canada), IndOil Global B.V. (Netherlands), Tass India Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) & Vankor India Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). Satish is a graduate in mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology, Surat and a post graduate in management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.
He also serves on the board of Rosneft as an Independent Director.
Sandeep Jain is an accomplished energy leader with 38 years at Indian Oil Corporation, spanning the full oil & gas value chain. Recognized as one of India’s foremost authorities in natural gas, he has driven transformational growth in LNG, CGD, petroleum exports to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Mauritius and cross-border energy infrastructure. With proven expertise in strategy, deal-making, and execution, he has doubled Indian Oil’s gas market share, commissioned landmark pipelines, LNG Terminal operations and forged partnerships with global majors including ADNOC, TotalEnergies QE, Trafigura, etc including long term LNG Agreements. He has been instrumental in formation of joint ventures and initiatives in LPG space including Indian Oil’s joint venture in Bangladesh and marketing subsidiary in Nepal. His leadership extends across marketing, consumer sales, business development, and international boards in India, the Middle East, and Asia. He has also held Chairman/Board level positions in joint ventures in India and abroad in LNG infrastructure, Gas pipelines, Oil marketing and CGD space.
A veteran of the oil & gas business with three decades of experience in the industry, Mr. Ujwal retired as Executive Director of Indian Oil Corporation. He possesses hands on industry experience in diverse areas ranging from pricing, operations, trade, shipping and marketing.
With over 30 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, Mr. Rao brings to ValPro in-depth expertise in LPG, LNG sourcing and marketing as well as projects in LNG, LPG and pipelines. Having held Executive Director positions for LPG, LNG and Corporate Planning at BPCL, he also held board level positions in other oil & gas companies such as Indraprastha Gas Limited and GSPL Gasnet.
Hridesh Baindail is former Executive Director (New Business) & (Exploration & Production) of Indian Oil Corporation, a fortune 500 company.
Over the course of his career spanning 35+ years Hridesh has served in various positions and developed expertise in international upstream transactions and acquisitions. He has undertaken advanced course in Petro-economics from Ljublzana University, Slovenia.
He is adept at upstream, New Energy business as well as downstream business evaluations and project development ranging from pipelines to oil terminals. He is also engaged in helping companies in the hydrogen based ecosystem develop their business model.
Neha Khanna possesses experience in the field of investment banking, financial advisory, internal audit and risk management. After completing her Chartered Accountancy, Neha pursued an MBA from Said Business School, University of Oxford. She worked with PwC India prior to joining ValPro. She is committed to building an eco-system for accelerating the growth of start-ups and SMEs in India. Her experience in end-to-end transaction execution enables her to understand different perspectives of clients’ needs.
An alumni of Shri Ram College of Commerce and a Chartered Accountant (Rank Holder), Chaitanya has experience in Taxation from Ernst & Youngand Capital Markets from JM Financial. He has worked on clients such as AT&T, Verizon, Bharti Airtel & Vodafone (during acquisition of Hutchinson) as well as the TATA Motors DVR issue to name a few. Chaitanya is well entrenched into the real estate sector having hands-on experience in the ultra-luxurious residential development space. He also has an avid interest in the stock market, thereby, actively tracking and investing in equity stocks.
